FileMail - Easily Send Large files
Filemail.com is a free service that lets you send large files to anyone with an email address. With the free service you can send files as large as 2GB. Just fill in the recepient’s and your email addresses, type in your message and upload the file.
No need to register to use the service..
How Does It Work ?
- First, the files you want to send are uploaded to one of several filemail.com servers located in Oslo (Norway) and San Diego. Files are encrypted on our servers using a 128bit AES algorithm to ensure security and privacy.
- A small e-mail is delivered to the recipients, containing a short message from you and a hyperlink where the files can be downloaded.
- The recipients click the hyperlink in the e-mail, and are taken to the download page.After the specified number of days/number of downloads, the files are removed completely from our servers.
